Assets and Finances

We will protect your assets and finances, We will evaluate which assets are separate property and should be excluded in the division of your community property. We will determine whether to trace separate property income and assets. We will also make sure your separate property is reimbursed for any payments that have gone to assist in community property assets, or which have gone to provide for benefit to your ex spouse. We will evaluate each client’s finances individually so as to advise you what income the Court may look to or use in calculating issue of support and attorney’s fees.
